How do I order furniture?
Consultation
It all starts with a consultation, which we can give you online, over the phone or in person at one of our showrooms. During the first consultation, we share our knowledge and advice. If you decide that you want to continue the partnership, we will arrange another meeting with the designer.
Meet at
During the meeting at your home, the designer will give you professional advice and help you decide what kind of kitchen you need and measure the space accurately.
Design
In this part, all the details and technical data are finalised and visualisations are presented. Finally, the exact design of your future kitchen is created, which will be used to design the furniture.
Production
Our factory employs professional kitchen specialists who produce more than 4 000 kitchens a year. This experience allows us to be proud of our products and to be responsible for their quality.
Delivery and installation
We provide kitchen design services from A to Z. We deliver furniture safely to the project site and ensure professional installation. You won’t need to look for extra help, you’ll just have to enjoy the end result – the kitchen of your dreams.
Warranty service
Vokė-III furniture comes with a 10-year warranty. During this period, you will receive a full, free of charge service that may be required to rectify any manufacturing defects that may occur. After the warranty period, we offer a post-warranty service. This is an additional costly service that will help your existing Vokė-III furniture to continue to provide you with quality service.
